General Rug Cleaning
The general rug cleaning process for most handmade or machine-made rugs is relatively straightforward and has been done the same way for over a century. We use a special detergent that cleans effectively, but is safe for your whole family, including pets! Our process is customizable based on the needs of your rugs. Rug Repair
We repair rugs of all kinds and take the time and care to get your rug to its best possible condition. Our in-house repairers bring decades of experience to their craft, and can perform rug repairs of all scales – from quick, simple jobs to extensive re-weaves! Most rug repairs are completed by hand, but some edge repairs are done by machine when appropriate.

Rug Deodorization
We believe the best way to eliminate odors is to remove the source of any odor. To that end, we make the cleaning process as thorough as possible while using natural enzymes and other products when necessary to achieve the best results in a safe and healthy way.
Carpet Moths & Other Bugs
Carpet moths and other bugs are an increasing concern and can cause major damage to your rugs. While there is no true moth-proofing, we can remove the moths that have made their way into your rugs and treat them with a non-toxic bug repellent to improve longevity.
Rug Padding
We carry padding that is made of completely recycled material, yet has outstanding durability. Our rug padding includes a liquid and urine barrier to protect your floors, and can be used on any hard surface as well as over carpeting. We custom-create padding to fit your individual rugs, and we’d be happy to discuss which product(s) best fit your needs.
Rug Stain Removal
We know that spills and accidents are a part of life. To treat tough stains, we not only go through our regular wash process, which removes most spots and stains, but we also use specialized stain removers, along with our years of experience, to remove stubborn stains in a way that is safe for your rugs and textiles.
